Custom Design Using WordPress

A new custom design will be produced with a professional design, showing the visitor that Roger Miller Realty knows how to use the latest technologies available to give his clients the “extra edge” to sell their homes quickly that has made him one of the top producers in the area. It will also showcase how working for one of the leading real estate companies in the world, Watson Realty Corp, allows Roger to use his vast experience and exceptional skills to help both sellers and buyers throughout Central Florida and the Orlando Metropolitan area.

Additionally, the design will be responsive and optimized for Google search rankings, using WordPress as a CMS (content management system). Each page will be made SEO friendly, plus using WordPress will make it easy for the client to make updates in the future.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

A new design and CMS system do not by themselves equate into generating leads and new customers. Although an increase in visitor conversions and a decrease in bounce rate are anticipated, BPAAC will fully optimize Roger’s new site for Google with expanded key-worded content, custom title tags and META descriptions.

Hosting

So many times we find that the client’s web host is the cause of many of their issues. Out of a total of 9 new clients in 2018 so far, we have switched 7 to our hosting services. Issues such as page load speed, updates and downtime are easily addressed. Hosting is one of those areas where the old cliche “you get what you pay for” really is so very true. We will install SSL Secure Certificate (HTTPS) and apply it to all pages (as Google is now requiring).
